North Indian music had a big influence on the band, it is great to see it get back to the land itself .

Micah, that was a cool find. I'll let you know if I run into any Deadheads in 2010 Kathmandu. So far, someone I know here did play some, I think, Lady Gaga or something on his cell phone ... maybe to be cool and Western ... my son and I both shouted, "boooooring!!!" and made him turn it off.

In the belly of the Beast here , and I have no idea what that " Lady " sounds like . I do know she is banned from the club and suite levels of Yankee Stadium .
Whatever , for fame .

Cool & Western would be Asleep @ the Wheel w/ Big Ray Benson .
I see miles & miles of Texas ,

Lady Gaga sounds like the mutant child of Madonna and Abba. Not to torture you, but a minute of this should prove it:

Hey AR , this thread is fading so I'll take this moment . I would like you to consider something . My son , 13 , is looking for an old school type of pen pal . Like ink , paper , envelopes and stamps pen pal . Remember getting a letter in the mail ? Deb would work the details out if you think this is a good idea . Thanks

Are you on email now? If you put up your email, we can talk about it, or I can talk with Deb. I should be on email off and on for the next hour or so, so you could put it up and take it down, or however that works ... Just hanging out now while kiddo does his math exercises. Periodically asking if he needs help, since he mostly looks like he's trying to grump them into being finished, but he says he doesn't. Grrr grump growl who brought the math books anyway ....

When they are a pain in the butt on the work load , or like herding cats with time management - they have no clue how good they have it .

OK, got it. I'll send an email to you/Deb later.

"Hey, want to hear an interesting fact? There were 997 people killed on their first day in Vietnam!" This being said to attempt to not do math. It's numbers, right?

Hey kid. Ya got 15 minutes, then I'm checking. If it's not done, you have to ... do it at the TABLE! (Nooooo! Lying half upside-down is so much better!) Herding cats, definitely. And I've just got one.

"Hey, do you think medieval times were called that cuz the mead was evil?" OK, I like that one. Still, the clock is ticking ....
